Day 15: By the Light of the Full Moon - Domino embellished Card by Val S

Standard white domino
Dark and Light Blue Sharpie markers
Stamps by Inkadinkado
StazOn Jet black

Stormy Skies, Tattered Rose and Faded Jeans Distress Inks
Light blue self-adhesive rhinestones in various sizes
Black, Peach cardstock
Silk Smooth White card from Create and Craft 
Aleene's Fast Grab glue
