Season's Greetings Dominoians!
Welcome to Day 16 of
DominoART's 24 Days of Christmas Festival!
You guys are in for a real treat again today coz the amazing Sandra Y is back to share another one of her jaw dropping domino creations :0)
First, the domino was stamped with the beautiful "sea bubble" from DesignsByRyn. I chose some green Stazon ink for the bottom, and some black Stazon for the top. Then the motives have been highlighted with markers (red) and gel pens (gold and white).
I glued two beads for the legs and a strip of cardstock for the arms. By chance, I found these funny beads (shaped hands and feet) in my daughter's bead box...thanks, honey :) Finally, I glued a pink pompom, and two skis cut from a piece of cardstock.
The big pine tree on the left is a stamp from Inkadinkado. I inked it with both Shabby shutters and Pine needles distress inks, cut it out, then added some spots of textured paste for the snow. The outdoor scene was stamped with a set from Vendible Stamps, and a row of pine trees from PSX. The snow on the floor is made of Gesso and textured paste.
The “Joyeux Noël” stamp comes from Denim Tampons (a French company), and the snowflakes border was made with a Martha Steward punch.
See you again tomorrow for even more wonderful Christmas creations...DominoART style ;0)
