31 Days of Halloween scarefest!
Before we move on to today's Halloween project I'd like to tell you about my upcoming 12 Days of Xmas Festival here on DominoART! Starting Dec 1st I would like to feature Christmas Altered Game Ornaments created by you! They do NOT have to be based on the 12 Days of Christmas carol but you can do that theme if you want to! I will be away for most of December so I'd like to get ALL projects in and scheduled to auto-post by the end of the second week in November otherwise we'll have to skip Christmas this year....eeeeek...NOOOOO!
So who wants to get festive with me?
Unfortunately the Wicked Player that was supposed to be featured today didn't make it so I'm sharing one of my Smeared Ink creations instead coz today is Smeared Ink Day :0)
"Creepy Cute Grumpie"
Square Domino magnet giftie plus Tag by
Leigh S-B aka The Sharpie Domino Queen
I created an altered domino magnet that can either be worn as a brooch or it can be displayed on the fridge and the tag is a great way to present the little giftie. The magnet I used on the back of the square domino is a metal bar in two parts. One side is adhered to the back of the domino and the other part has the magnets attached and it goes on the inside of your clothing and attaches just with the magnets. The pumpkin top and eyebrows of the Grumpie were coloured with Copics and fussy cut out of cardstock and Judikins Diamond Glaze was applied to it as well as the Sharpie coloured pumpkin. I coloured the whole domino in my signature "Sharpie Domino Queen' technique and stamped the text 'Trick or Treat' on all four sides too. Click on the collage of photos to see all the details.
