Day 10: "Segeflore" altered domino Critter by Kim R!

Welcome to Day 10 of
15 Days of Terror
Half-O-Ween in May Scarefest!

 Can you believe we are 3/4 of the way through Half-O-Ween already!
Welcome back for some more wicked eye candy by one of my TERROR-ific Players so grab a pillow to hide behind and lets get on with today's featured project!

Arachnophobia Alert!!!!

Kim R is sharing a clawesome "spider" inspired altered domino creepy critter with us today!
Kim named this little guy "Segeflore" which is derived from the species name SEGEstria FLOREtina.

 
Kim used the following materials:
Regular Size Domino
 Black Sharpie marker
Mambi Halloween paper on the sides
Legs:  32 inches black quilling paper – quilled and pulled into straight cones
Eyes: 16 inches Mambi Halloween paper – quilled and pulled into curved cones
Silver quilling paper wound tight,
A light green flat back pearl embellishment
Body:  Flower Soft – Pale Green.
Side Points:  Chartreuse glitter glue
 
Arachnophobe's beware!!!!
This spider really is quite beautiful, look at those green iridescent fangs? pincers? uh, I'm going with "thingies" LOL!

    Think I'll pop out to the garden and see if there are any I can bring inside, feed up with chocolate eclairs then watch what sort of web they weave :)
