Day 23: Toxic Dragon Droppings Apothecary Jar by Leigh S-B for 31 Days of Halloween with Smeared & Smudged!

Welcome to Day 23 of our
31 Days of Halloween scarefest!

Thank you on behalf of all my Wicked Players for the wonderful comments you've been leaving us!  We're batty with delight that you're enjoying all the DominoART eye candy :0)

Quick reminder about DominoART's two upcoming events!
I need more players for the Xmas Festival!

Today's spooktacular project is another one of my creations :0)  I'm featuring Altered Pages again coz they're one of the fab Smeared and Smudged 31 Days of Halloween sponsors this year!

"Toxic Dragon Droppings" Apothecary Jar
Leigh S-B
The Sharpie Domino Queen
I LOVE dragons so of course I have a modest collection of dragon droppings gathered from far and wide ;0)
I used 2 Altered Pages images to create the Apothecary jar label in Photoshop CS6
Dragon rubber stamp - Third Coast Rubber Stamps
Tequila bottle that has gorgeous bubbles and sparkly specks embedded into the glass
Dragon Droppings - Mint M&Ms

These dragon droppings are extremely toxic and are not to be meddled with!  I covered it with scary warning skulls instead of adding a label so be warned!
 Ivory coloured Spinner Domino
3 Black Wooden Chinese Dragon Dominoes
2 Altered Pages Skulls from their Screaming Skulls Collage sheet
3 x #6 Candy Corn shaped Playing Cards = "666" - Target $1 section many moons ago

In the top photos you can see the mottled textured effect I gave the glow in the dark paint and the gorgeous effect of the paint in the dark...left is in a semi dark room and the right in a dark room.
 Copic Markers
Black Soot Distress Ink
Tim's Paper Distresser tool or scissors will do the trick!
Skull and Crossbones border - Recollections
Diamond Paper Tape - Recollections
 Sharpie Markers
Delta Ceramcoat Glow in the Dark acrylic paint
StazOn Jet Black ink
Skull ribbon - Michaels
Scotch Quick Dry Adhesive
Krylon Artist's Workable Fixative and Matte Sealer - to seal the dragon domino
Permanent Glue Dots

I distressed the edges of the playing cards and crumpled them up before applying Black Soot Distress Ink.  I used sandpaper to distress the edges of the skull images once adhered to the dominoes too.
See you back here tomorrow for Day 24's clawesome project by DominoARTist Black Dragon!

Your next stop on the hop is hopefully Jessica!
