"Bunny Blue" domino maget is to DYE for!

Happy April 1st to you all!
Today is the start of the new challenge over at Altered Eclectics and Bunny Blue is one of my DT shares for today!  Altered Eclectic challenges start on the 1st of every month and are always Anything Goes but your projects must fit into the following criteria: Altered Art, Mixed Media projects, Upcycled, etc!  NO standard paper projects like cards, ATCs and tags are allowed!

Isn't Bunny Blue the cutest altered domino you ever did see!? ;0)

You saw his beginnings on Friday March 27 when my new DominoART Challenge #12 "Dominoes to Dye for" started!  We're playing with Easter Egg dye kits this month so click that link above to check it all out!  Continue reading below the long collaged photo for more info on Bunny Blue!

For Bunny Blue's body I actually used the domino that looks more green on the left bottom row
and I also preferred it the other way round to the pic below too.  I used Smeared Ink's Li'l Bunny Grumpie from the Occasions Li'l Grumpie rubber stamp set.
The bunny was stamped with jet black StazOn ink onto the domino after I had sealed the surface with a few light sprays of Krylon Artist's Workable Fixative.  I stamped him again on heavy weight cardstock with Tuxedo Black Memento ink, coloured with Copic markers and fussy cut out the big paws and the ears with the eyebrows attached.  The parts were adhered to the domino with small dabs of Judikins Diamond glaze.  I added white paint to his eye highlights with a toothpick and once dry I applied Vive Pearl Transparent Magic White dimensional paint to his eyes and for even more Easter Egg sparkly fun I added Crystal Stickles glitter glue to his ears, eyebrows, paws and a little dab on his little belly button.  I added the round magnet to the back so he can liven up a fridge with his super cuteness!

But I didn't stop there!  Stop by on Friday to see what else I did with Bunny Blue for my week 2 post of the  "Dominoes to Dye for" challenge ;0)
